Patient Services Coordinator
Job Description Overview: Seeking an organized and customer-focused Patient Services Coordinator to manage front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities: Handle appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, insurance verification, and billing processing.
Core Duties: Maintain office calendars, answer phone calls and emails, manage records, and coordinate follow-ups or referrals.
Work Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced desk environment with frequent direct patient interaction in the reception area.
