Overview
Drivers in SAP program are encouraged to apply , if you have a clean driving record. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operation, adherence to safety regulations, and excellent time management skills. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of service. This is a 1099 position.

Duties

• Operate various types of trucks, including flatbed, tanker, dump truck, and roll-off truck, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Execute route driving efficiently to deliver freight to designated locations on time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo delivered.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Load and unload cargo as necessary, utilizing forklifts when required.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) for a minumum of 2 years.
• Familiarity with Motive ELD is a plus.
• Experience in route driving and delivery driving is essential.
• Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience utilizing trucker tools, email, and communication devices.
• No tickets or accidents in the last 3 years.
