Dental Front Desk Receptionist ( Willing to train )

Dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a team player.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out procedures
• Answering phones and managing patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book
• Verifying insurance and processing payments
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
