The Captain position at Café Boulud works with the management team and all other front-of-house and back-of-house team members. The Captain is responsible for serving guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. They are in charge of a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.
Essential Duties
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of service experience, be able to handle a high volume/fine dining environment and should have a general food and wine knowledge .
